Do I Qualify?

Here are the basic requirements if you’d like to register…

You need to have access to a main chain grocery store or ability to order a few items online.
A few examples being: gluten free bread and pasta, coconut oil, optional teas, stevia or erythritol blends like Truvia, Pyure, Swerve or Monk fruit, meat, vegetables and fruit.

You have to be willing to look at the food you will be eating, differently.

You have to put in the time needed for each lesson.

Prep Week is the most information packed lesson. There is a learning curve. Once you get started, the video content is about an hour a week (not including live calls or webinars).

You need to be willing to listen and respect our advice.
If you’re the type of person who thinks you have a problem that no one can solve, this won’t be a good fit for you or the MetaBlast team. Aside from medical conditions, you must be ready to make the modifications necessary to own responsibility and take action.

If you have a medical condition that requires medication or careful monitoring, please consult with your doctor before joining.
